Step-by-Step Installation for Floor Decals

1. Choose the Right Surface
   Ensure the floor is smooth, dry, and free of dust, dirt, or grease. Floor stickers with the slip resistance R10 work best on indoor floors like tile, vinyl, or sealed concrete.

2. Clean the Floor Thoroughly
   Sweep or vacuum to remove debris. Wipe with a mild detergent or alcohol-based cleaner and let it fully dry. Avoid waxy or oily residues—they can reduce adhesion and slip resistance.

3. Position the Decal
   Place the floor decal in the desired location. Use masking tape to hold it in place if needed. Make sure it aligns with any directional or safety markings.

4. Apply the Decal
   Peel off the backing carefully. Press the floor graphics onto the floor starting at one edge and slowly smoothing out toward the other edge to avoid air bubbles. Use a plastic squeegee or roller to press firmly across the entire surface, ensuring full contact with the floor.

5. Allow Proper Adhesion
   Avoid walking on the decal for at least 24 hours if possible, so the adhesive sets properly.

6. Maintain Slip Resistance
   Keep the floor decal clean by sweeping or mopping with a damp cloth (avoid harsh chemicals that can degrade the laminate). Check periodically for edges lifting—press down as needed to maintain safety.
