Manufacturing and materials
Our wooden signs consist of MDF with wood veneer in wood-type birch and oak. The material has a thickness of 4 mm. As the material is untreated, it is only intended for indoor use. Our wooden plaques are printed in a UV printer, which means that you can upload pictures and text in multicolour.
You choose the desired type of wood, colour, shape, attachment method and size on the design page. On our Design Page you can order wooden plaques up to 1100 x 1100 mm. Wooden plates can be attached with screws or tape, hanging on the wall or using standoffs.

No. Our wooden signs use MDF with an untreated wood veneer, so they’re made for indoor use. For an outdoor house, garden, or gate sign, aluminium or acrylic will last much better.
What’s the difference between oak and birch?
Both are light, attractive timbers. Oak has a slightly deeper, richer tone for a warm, classic look, while birch is paler for a cleaner, more Scandinavian feel.
